Merchant offers, availability, prices, products, services, exclusions, and redemption conditions may vary.2. EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Memberships and SubscriptionsTailor Rewards may offer paid memberships or subscriptions.Membership benefits may include access to:

- QR verification

- Premium access featuresSubscription terms, billing frequency, renewal dates, and pricing will be disclosed before purchase.5. Billing and Auto-RenewalIf you purchase a subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or another payment provider, your purchase is processed by that provider.Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.You are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.For Apple purchases, manage subscriptions through your Apple ID.
For Google Play purchases, manage subscriptions through your Google Play account.5.A. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.Tailor Rewards is not responsible for unauthorized use of stolen, cloned, expired, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any subscription or account associated with suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks, payment disputes, or violations of these Terms.We may cooperate with payment processors, financial institutions, and law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected fraud.6. RefundsRefunds are handled according to the policies of the platform or payment processor through which you purchased the subscription.Tailor Rewards does not guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.7. Merchant Offers and DiscountsParticipating merchants are independent businesses. Offers may be subject to:
- Availability
- Exclusions
- Time limits
- Product or service restrictions
- Merchant participation status
- Verification of active membership
- Local laws and merchant policiesTailor Rewards does not guarantee that every merchant offer will always be available.Merchants may modify, pause, or discontinue offers, subject to their agreement with Tailor Rewards.8. QR Code and Membership VerificationYour membership QR code or digital membership card is intended for your personal use only.You may not:
- Share your QR code with others
- Sell or transfer your membership
- Duplicate or manipulate membership credentials
- Attempt to bypass membership verification
- Use screenshots, altered codes, or unauthorized credentialsViolation may result in suspension or termination.9. No Guarantee of SavingsTailor Rewards may help users access discounts or rewards, but we do not guarantee:
- A specific amount of savings
- Availability of any particular offer
- Merchant acceptance of an offer in every situation
- Continuous participation by any merchant10. User ConductYou agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully
- Misrepresent your identity
- Abuse discounts or rewards
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service
- Scrape or copy merchant data
- Upload malicious code
- Violate third-party rights
- Use the Service for fraud
- Harass merchants, users, or staff
- Circumvent subscription or payment systems11. Location FeaturesThe Service may use your location to show nearby participating merchants. Location-based features depend on your device settings, internet connection, permissions, and data accuracy.We do not guarantee that location results will always be accurate or complete.12. Payments to MerchantsPurchases made directly from participating merchants are transactions between you and the merchant.Tailor Rewards is not responsible for:
- Merchant product quality
- Merchant service issues
- Food, beverage, retail, or service disputes
- Merchant refunds
- Merchant pricing
- Merchant compliance with applicable lawsYou must resolve merchant purchase issues directly with the merchant.13. Intellectual PropertyThe Service, including its design, name, logo, software, text, graphics, QR systems, membership structure, branding, and content, is owned by or licensed to Tailor Rewards.You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.14. Trademarks“Tailor Rewards,” related logos, names, designs, and branding are trademarks or trade dress of Sastre Business LLC or its licensors.You may not use our marks without written permission.15. FeedbackIf you submit suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without compensation.16. Third-Party ServicesThe Service may rely on third-party services, including authentication providers, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting services, maps, app stores, and merchants.We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, actions, or content.17. App Store and Google Play TermsIf you download the Service from Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store terms.Apple and Google are not responsible for providing support for the Service unless required by their own terms.18. CancellationCanceling your Tailor Rewards account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple, Google, or another payment processor.You must cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.21. DisclaimersThe Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted
- The Service will be error-free
- Merchant offers will always be available
- All information will always be accurate
- Every discount will be honored in every situation
- The Service will meet your expectationsTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.22. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Tailor Rewards, Sastre Business LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Tailor Rewards in the three months before the claim arose, or USD $100, whichever is greater.23. IndemnificationYou agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tailor Rewards, Sastre Business LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of law
- Your misuse of offers, QR codes, or memberships
- Your infringement of third-party rights24. Changes to the ServiceWe may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including:
- Features
- Membership tiers
- Pricing

- App functionalityWe are not liable for changes or discontinuation of the Service.25. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time.
